Harry Ashforth is the co-founder of AKRE Partners and serves as Managing Partner. Harry is based out of San Francisco, CA and has over a decade of experience in acquisitions, asset management, brokerage and ground-up development. Harry has worked for prominent organizations in Orchard Partners, LLC, PGIM Real Estate, Eastdil Secured and HFF, Inc.

Most recently at Orchard Partners, Harry managed the ground-up development of Napa Logistics Park (NLP), a 1.5 million square foot, Class-A warehouse/logistics park in American Canyon, CA. During his tenure at Orchard, he directly contributed to over $345 million in executed transactions. Prior to Orchard, Harry worked in asset management for PGIM Real Estate where he executed over 40 lease transactions totaling over one million square feet.

Before PGIM, Harry was an investment sales analyst for HFF and Eastdil Secured and underwrote over $650 million worth of executed office and hotel transactions.

Nadav Kariv is the co-founder of AKRE Partners and serves as Managing Partner. Nadav is based out of Los Angeles, CA and has over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, primarily as an investment sales broker for Avison Young, Newmark, and Colliers.

Over his decade-long real estate career as an investment sales broker for various institutional firms, including Colliers, Newmark, and Avison Young, Nadav has transacted over $1.2 billion in total consideration. Nadav specializes in small bay/flex sales, leasing, and advisory work. Since December 2020, he has completed over $500 million worth of transactions on that asset class alone.
